

Our Boxing Program is designed to build strength, endurance, confidence, and discipline through structured boxing training. Whether you're looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, or train to compete, this program offers a dynamic and empowering experience for all fitness levels.
Program Highlights:
- Fundamental Techniques: Learn proper stance, footwork, punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), and defense.
- Pad Work & Bag Drills: Improve power, accuracy, and timing with coach-led mitt sessions and heavy bag combinations.
- Conditioning & Strength: High-intensity workouts to improve cardio, agility, and total-body strength.
- Sparring (Optional): Supervised, controlled sparring sessions for those ready to take their skills to the next level.
- Discipline & Confidence: Boxing builds mental toughness, focus, and self-belief both inside and outside the ring.
Schedule:
- Boxing Club: 6:00–8:00 PM Tuesdays & Thursdays (closed on holidays & special elections)
- Cost: $65 billed monthly
- Equipment: First set of hand wraps & mouthpiece included; gloves available to borrow (16oz gloves recommended for personal use)
