Championship Fitness Program
The goal of the CFP is to assist each student with a lifetime approach to personal fitness, understanding proper nutrition while being able to identify and understand a nutrition label and to solidify a strong character foundation through the mentorship portion of the program. The CFP will utilize testing and tracking to follow how the students are progressing throughout the program. The testing will include a Push Up Test, a Sit Up Test and a Shuttle Run. Weekly exercises will build strength and cardiovascular health.
