The SWEAT Program is a free initiative designed for at-risk youth to provide structure, accountability, and valuable life lessons. Youth referred by Teen Court or the Civil Citation Program are required to complete six sessions to fulfill their requirements.

Program Details:
  • Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays (excluding holidays)
  • Time: Doors close promptly at 4:05 PM — no late entry permitted
  • Sessions: 6 total, each covering a unique topic (1–2 hours each)
  • Community Service Credit: Each session may only be attended once for credit
  • Participant Requirements
  • Bring a water bottle
  • Wear school-appropriate clothing
  • Bring your PAL SWEAT Session Tracker to every session (must be signed by staff to receive credit)
  • If the Session Tracker is lost or forgotten, credit cannot be given. The session will need to be repeated. No exceptions.

Our goal is to help every participant learn, grow, and successfully complete their requirements in a structured, supportive, and respectful environment.
